Elfi Di Bella
Senior Vice President, Director of Community Affairs

President, Huntington Foundation

 Elfi Di Bella is senior vice president and director of community affairs for Huntington Bancshares Incorporated and president of the Huntington Foundation.  A member of the Huntington team for more than 25 years, Ms. Di Bella is responsible for Huntington’s philanthropic giving, coordination of the bank’s extensive volunteer efforts and serves as corporate liaison to community organizations and programs in Central Ohio.  During her tenure at Huntington, she has greatly expanded the bank’s community outreach and established an active employee volunteer network.

A recipient of the American Red Cross’ 1999 Stecker International Service Award, Ms. Di Bella is an active community volunteer and leader.  She currently serves as vice chair/chair elect of the Board of Trustees of the Community Shelter Board and as treasurer of Dresden Sister City Inc.  Ms. Di Bella also serves on the Board of Trustees of Leadership Columbus; the Board of Governors of the Capital Club; is a Commissioner with the Columbus Community Relations Commission and Immediate Past President of the Columbus Metropolitan Club

Additionally, she serves on the steering committee of the $16.2 million capital campaign for the Mid-Ohio Food Bank; as Chair of the Champion of Children Selection Committee; and Chair of the Rebuilding Lives Updated Strategy Steering Committee.

Previously, Ms. Di Bella served on the boards of the Jazz Arts Group, Columbus Sister Cities International, Columbus School for Girls, the Prevent Blindness Ohio – Nominating Committee; the Choices For Victims of Domestic Violence – Development Committee and the Columbus Arts Stabilization Committee.

Originally from Idar-Oberstein, Germany, Ms. Di Bella earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Franklin University.
